Three ways to work together

1. The tradesperson: production and measuring

We take care of the production of your wooden staircase or treads. We can also do the measuring, so you receive a ready-to-fit product on site. Your own team installs.

2. Structural staircase in the shell phase

A structural staircase is usually installed during the shell phase. It meets the safety standards during the building process and later forms the base for wood, carpet, mortex or natural stone. One point of contact from shell to finish.

3. Complete project

Stair cladding, stair renovation or a completely new stair construction: designed, calculated and built. We ensure a seamless process, from colour choice to a neatly covered staircase. By doing everything in-house, we can guarantee the quality.

Can the finish of a structural staircase be done by another party?
Yes. The finish of a structural staircase can be done by Plus One Stairs or by third parties, such as the tiler or carpet fitter on your site.
